TERMS OF PURCHASE

I'm Erica The designer/creator here at Koffee and Confetti!

If you send me a message please allow 24-48 hours for a response MON-FRI. I work on orders from 8am-5pm MON-FRI.  Please keep in mind I have THREE  children and I'm a work from home Mom, I try and answer e-mails during the day but sometimes it's hard to stop everything I'm doing to reply.  I will get back to you as soon as I can. I do NOT answer emails on the weekends.

*If you e-mail SAT-SUN please give me until Tuesday to get back to you, as I try and spend my time with my Littles over the weekend.  

Payment Policy

I accept all major credit cards and payments made through PayPal, Shopify payments, Sezzle
I will not start on a design until the item has been paid in full.
*CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS 
If you’ve placed an order to add a name you MUST leave your name you’d like on the tumbler in the notes at checkout in the big box that says “ special instruction for seller”  If no notes are left I will not put any name.
I DO NOT ASSUME THE NAME YOU WANT ON THE TUMBLER IS WHO PURCHASED IT. PEOPLE BUY THESE FOR GIFTS THEREFOR I WILL NOT ASSUME TO PUT THE NAME OF THE BUYER. 
PLEASE  understand I also cannot react out and wait for emails back from people as to what name they’d like?  There’s a big box before check out - and a link to these terms that you agree if a name isn’t left I won’t put one. 

Shipping Policy

TURN AROUND TIME FOR ALL DRINKWARE IS 4-6 WEEKS and *ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 

You will receive tracking information as soon as the package is being packaged to ship. Please give 24-48 hours for tracking to update before contacting me.

I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages - I HAVE TEAMED UP WITH ROUTE FOR INSURANCE ON YOUR PACKAGES  .  Once the orders are in the hands of USPS I have NO control over them FOR EXRTA PROTECTION PURCHASE ROUTE INSURANCE 

Refund/CANCELLATION  Policy

NO refunds or exchanges (unless its an error on my part) NO Cancellation of orders due to the nature of them being customizable.

all orders are shipped USPS priority mail and are insured - If any product is damaged while in route to you, you can make a claim with USPS and re purchase the item from the website. OR if you bought ROUTE insurance you will go through ROUTE to file a claim. **
** ONCE YOUR SHIPPING LABEL IS CREATED PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 72 HOURS BEFORE IT UPDATING. 
DUE TO COVID 19 USPS IS SLOW AND BEHIND ..... ALL I CAN SEE IS WHAT YOU CAN WITH TRACKING 

Additional Information

**** Fabric tumblers....all images on fabric tumblers vary....no tumbler will look the same as the example
All items are customizable  you must state customization in notes at checkout or else I will make what's pictured.
If some color choices are missing from the note I will choose what looks and matches best.

I DO NOT send proofs of custom designs, everything should be stated in the notes before checkout.  If they instruction isn't clear I will contact you.  If you don't hear from me, I understood your notes and your order is being processed! Again please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
